You keep project files, planning and correspondence in order so the dive teams can focus on the work. You are the first point of contact for clients on administrative matters and coordinate between the office and site.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Support planning and resource scheduling
  • Handle client correspondence and quotations
  • Coordinate certificates, permits and site paperwork
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination

Qualifications

  • Editable field — add required education, languages and software experience.

A day on the job

  • Toolbox talk, dive plan and equipment checks before anyone enters the water
  • Surface-supplied dives with continuous communication and a standby diver
  • Observations logged and photographed or filmed where visibility allows
  • Debrief, equipment maintenance and reporting at the end of the shift
