FAQ
For diving roles we require a valid commercial diving certificate recognised in the Netherlands or Belgium, a current medical fitness certificate, and a valid VCA/SCC safety certificate. Supervisors and tenders bring their own documented specialisations.
We keep a file of motivated junior candidates and regularly offer start-up trajectories where a certified diver shadows an experienced team. Send an open application and we will contact you when a suitable trajectory opens.
You need a medical examination by a registered diving doctor. We accept Dutch, Belgian and equivalent EU certificates. The examination must be valid and cover the depths and conditions of the work you will perform.
Projects follow tide windows, client schedules and weather. We work in day shifts, sometimes nights or weekends depending on the site. You receive a planning forecast at least one week in advance and any changes are communicated directly.
Yes. If no vacancy matches your profile, send us your CV, certificates and a short motivation. We keep qualified profiles on file and contact you when a suitable project or role comes up.
You receive a confirmation within two working days. We review your certificates and experience, then invite you for an introduction. If both sides are positive, you join a team on site for a day before we discuss terms and planning.
